The Month of Wedding Planning Package

-A final planning meeting a month prior to your wedding to obtain information about the wedding flow

-Help manage logistics leading up to the wedding day

-Vendor Confirmation for the wedding day (1-2 weeks prior)

-Preparation of a detailed wedding timeline

-Attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal (with officiant)

-Final meeting before or after rehearsal to do over any final details

-Oversee the wedding ceremony and reception

-Provide wedding emergency kit

-Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors

-Making sure all wedding decor is set up properly (ceremony, reception, etc.)

-Assist with pinning and handing out wedding flower (boutonnieres, corsages)

-Helping wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle.

-Coordinating the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location

-Overseeing breakdown and making sure that all gifts, cards, decorations and rentals are where they need to be at the end of the night
